In chapter three of The New Digital Age, it is all about the states. I believe a part of this very close to chapter two when they talk about bitcoins because currency is one aspect that separates the regions and will definitely bring the globe together. I find this chapter interesting because I do not see much change in the regions of states and separating them by beliefs etc. I believe that the "states" will not change much because possession is nine-tenths of the law, and the physical world will not change drastically due to the digital world.
